Company ProfileWEBspertise is a partnership of two principals with over 25 years experience
designing and developing business software and specialized databases,
along with a network of graphic artists and content writers. We believe
in the power of small, responsive teams and personal service. Unlike
many programmers, we have also been teachers of the technology we have
developed. We have excelled in listening to customers and providing solutions
that not only meet the customer's goals but that can also be understood
and maintained by the customer. We are located in Westchester County, just north of New York City. Meet our PrincipalsBetsy JanuaryAfter launching her computer career at the National
Security Agency, Betsy went on to co-design and develop one of the earliest
decision support systems for financial planners. She then served as the
Product Manager for ColorStudio, a high-end graphic arts program on the
Macintosh, and trained graphic designers on a number of graphic programs.
As a consultant for the past 10 years she served as the Project Manager
on the design and delivery of enterprise-level software utilizing relational
databases, multi-tiered architecture, and web e-commerce. Sandra CombsSandra has a varied background that includes technical documentation and editing, software quality control, and programming. Most recently, Sandra designed and developed a personal health records application that is commercially available at http://www.health-minder.com. Sandra brings an in-depth understanding of object-oriented design to any project. In simple terms this means looking at the world in your terms -- not the computer's terms. Her design instincts will manifest themselves in the underlying design of your web site.
