We may use an outside ad company to display ads on our site. These ads may or may not contain cookies. Cookies received with banner ads are collected by our ad company, and we do not have access to this information. Our site uses cookies  to keep a session id number on our own server which is used only when you "log in" to the customers' project part of the site. This session id number does not identify you in any way, and is discarded when you "log out". It also uses cookies in the demonstration sample store to keep track of your "shopping cart". No purchases are actually processed, and this cookie is used for no other purpose.

Registration Forms

Our site's Contact Us form requires those filling out the form to give us contact information (like their name, email, telephone, and postal address) and optional information about which of our services they require.

Contact information from the Contact Us form is used to send information about our company to those who request such information or to answer visitors' questions. The contact information is also used to get in touch with customers to let them know when progress on their site design requires them to visit the WEBspertise site.  For customers of our design services, their contact information is used to enable them to log into their private project areas on our site to view our progress on their site designs.

WEBspertise collects no financial information from visitors, and processes no orders on our site.  The sample store demonstrates a shopping cart but does not actually process the order information entered.
